Having summarily dismissed any traditional wedding cake, I'm greatly tempted by this alterna-cake, posted at Bridalwave: not a cheesecake, but a cake of real cheese.I would have wheels of Point Reyes blue cheese, smoked gouda, an English cheddar. Can you carve roses out of mozzerella?
