My new favorite blog today is This Is Why You're Fat: Where Dreams Become Heart Attacks, which features photos of some horrendously unhealthy concoctions.

But I'm proud to say that I've had, and will have again, the Garbage Plate. I have not had the Corn Dog pizza, but I won't rule it out for the future. It is important to have goals in life.

Facebooking

If I did Facebook status updates as much as other people do, my feed from the past couple days would look like this ...

Ladygoat is ... sorry that Leah did not get kicked off of Top Chef yet.

Ladygoat is ... thinking of making bread.

Ladygoat is ... still just thinking of making bread.

Ladygoat is ... apparently too lazy to even use the bread machine.

Ladygoat became a fan of In-n-Out!

Ladygoat is ... learning a lot about ice cream from Modern Marvels.

Ladygoat is ... surprised that she only ate 1 1/2 donuts.

Ladygoat is ... resuscitating her sourdough starter. Don't you die on me now!

Ladygoat is ... eating the rest of the donuts.

Ladygoat became a fan of the West Side Market!

Ladygoat is ... not resisting the lure of free food at work.

Ladygoat is ... enjoying a root beer float with homemade ice cream.

Ladygoat is ... ransacking the kitchen for something to eat because she cannot survive the night on a crab cake, asparagus, 4 slices of bread, 2 pieces of deli meat, and a bowl of pasta.

Ladygoat is ... watching food porn with Anthony Bourdain.

Diagnosis

On Thursday, Foodgoat bought a jar of peanut butter.
On Friday afternoon, Foodgoat had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
On Friday night, Foodgoat came down with some extremely uncomfortable and painful gastrointestinal symptoms.
On Saturday, Foodgoat was miserable.
On Sunday, Foodgoat was better. But had no desire for a peanut butter sandwich.

The FDA and the peanut butter manufacturers say that jarred peanut butter is safe, but that jar of peanut butter will remain untouched while I google "salmonella test kit" ...

Ways to Ruin Coffee #83

Use Coffee Mate powdered non-dairy creamer in French Vanilla.
