Turns out glazed walnuts are pretty easy to make:

1. Toast walnuts in a dry skillet.
2. Drizzle with real maple syrup.
3. Toss to coat and cook until there all the syrup has been taken up.
4. Cool.

Done. Yummy! We had it with what started out as a chicken stir fry, but I think it would be better in a salad.
