I Suppose I Should Have Cooked the Corn Sooner

I had no idea corn would just start sprouting like that.

    I left it for a couple of days in the fridge (okay, maybe a week) and then THAT. I guess if I planted it in the ground, I would get a whole new corn stalk. So bizarre.
